Christmas Everyday: Vanessa W. Bonner
Sexy, independent corporate executive Casey Harrington´s life and career were shaped by a childhood Christmas wish left unfulfilled. Now, 20 years later, on a Colorado cattle ranch, she finally gets everything she´s always wanted - both a hot cowboy and a dream job. But Bonner ´´Blue´´ Boyd is a rancher and Casey is a New Yorker, and even if the sex between them is hot enough to start a prairie fire, they both know that city and country might mix for a week, but it can´t work for a lifetime. Or can it? When a dramatic turn of events reunite Bonner and Casey, this time on her turf in her city, she has to prove to her displaced cowboy he belongs with her, no matter where they end up. Luckily, Casey knows the quickest way to a man´s heart is slightly lower than his stomach. 1. Language: English. Narrator: Ginger Perkins. Snuggle up and fall in love with the perfect holiday romance, as one ordinary girl learns what it means to love a prince. Not even in her wildest imaginings did Kumari ever think she´d become a princess. But having fallen for Ben - or rather Prince Benedict, sixth in line to the throne - it looks like nothing will ever go as planned again. And as Christmas rapidly approaches, the distinction between family festivities and Royalty becomes ever more apparent. With the paparazzi hounding her, her job on the line and some rather frustrating royal training, Kumari feels panic set in. Does loving Prince Charming mean she´ll get her fairy tale ending - and on her own terms? 1. Language: English. Narrator: Carlyss Peer. Meghan After finding my long time boyfriend, James, in bed with another woman, there was only one thing to do with our non-refundable Christmas trip to Miami: go alone and wallow in my sorrow. But, I found something in the fancy south Florida bungalow that I never expected... a man. He was tall, dark, handsome and claimed he owned the house. At first, I just wanted him to leave so I could spend the week to myself. But, there was something about this man that attracted me. There was more to him than just his amazing abs and wealth. Maybe, just maybe, he could help me get over James. Demetri I should have been home at the castle this close to Christmas, but my father´s constant pressure to be ´´proper´´ and ´´prepared to rule´´ drove me away. So instead of celebrating with my family and my people, I was in Miami partying and making a general nuisance of myself. That is, until a girl stumbled into the family villa that I was hiding in to avoid those responsibilities. She began making wild claims like ´´I rented this place´´ and ´´put on pants´´. While I wasn´t quite in the mood for company, something about this leggy, vulnerable blond tugged at me in a way other women hadn´t. 1. Language: English. Narrator: Curt Bonnem, Nicole Blessing. The sixth book in the hilarious and anarchic Roman Garstang Adventure series. It is the month before Christmas, and Roman´s class is preparing for the Christmas fete and the school pantomime. The new teacher at the helm - the awful Mr Le Salle, a flamboyant, theatrical and downright nasty piece of work - is the least of Roman´s worries. He also has to contend with the most rubbish role in the panto (being a box) as well as organising the Santa´s grotto stall at the Christmas fete with loose cannon Darren Gamble. As the panto nears, it seems that everything that could possibly go wrong is about to. It is left to Roman to save the panto and the day.... 1. Language: English. Narrator: Rupert Degas. A Christmas crime shocks the merchants of a quaint shopping district in this latest installment of The New York Times bestselling Victoria Square series. It´s Christmastime, but not everyone is jolly--especially not Vonne Barnett. Her dead body has been found in Victoria Square. Katie Bonner, the manager of Artisan´s Alley, happens to be at the tea shop Vonne´s mother, Francine, owns when the news is delivered. Vonne left a trail of men behind her so the suspects are many--but the clues are few. A broken teacup leads Katie to one of the suspects, but before she can investigate, she´s attacked. Katie may be closing in on a murderer, but time is ticking because the murderer is definitely closing in on her.
